KewlFabric Active Cooling Technologies
Working with our global partners, we have developed multiple active cooling solutions for our customers that will super-charge the body's natural cooling process and deliver real world heat stress solutions.
First we offered you KewlFabric 7101, an evaporative active cooling solution. KewlFabric 7101 is s non-woven material designed to absorb and hold water that can then slowly evaporate, providing natural cooling for hours, super-charging what your body naturally does.
Uniquely designed to allow for added features and functions, this fabric is an ideal active cooling solution that can deliver real world heat stress solutions.
Second, we offered you Phase Change Cooling. An active cooling solution ideal for high humidity areas, areas with little to no airflow such as in attics, or simply when you need cooling at a fixed temperature that allows you to be outdoors and active.
We offer KewlFabric PCM in a variety of temperatures, inorganic and organic materials and a variety of colors. Whether it is for hats, helmets, neckbands or vests, you can turn everyday garments into cooling garments with our PCM solutions.
Third, we now offer KewlFabric Wicking Fabrics and Evaporative Fabrics that work with KewlFabric 7101. These fabrics are uniquely designed wicking and evaporating fabrics that work in conjunction with KewlFabric 7101 to supercharge its cooling capacity, or they can work on their own. Simply choose your color, weight, and pattern and get some of the world's best wicking and evaporating fabrics for your product line.
All of these personal cooling technologies work by passively and actively helping to cool down your skin, which in turn allows your body to express more heat through the skin for longer, indirectly helping to keep your core cool. By helping reduce the need for the body to use blood flow for core temperature management, more blood can then be used for your muscles, keeping you active and alert.
