The supporting wicking and evaporative cooling fabrics combine several unique features into one cooling fabric as they work to maximize the cooling capacity offered by their own natural wicking capacity and the active cooling capacity of KewlFabric.

Firstly, they use specially formulated threads with a unique shape that maximizes surface area to maximize the amount of water retained by the cooling fabric to ensure a longer more robust evaporative cooling affect.  With the larger surface area of the yarns, they can both retain more water and provide more surface area for evaporation.

Secondly, within the cooling fabric, two versions of these unique threads are combined in two layers into one fabric.  This multi-layered fabric in turn evaporates at two different rates depending on the threads used and the pattern selected.
