When KewlFabric Solutions chose its fabric manufacturing partner, it was not just because of their R&D capabilities, their high quality products or their great customer support team, it was also because not only do they take great pride in what they do, but also how they do it.


In Our Supply Chain

• Humanity: No child labour, nor any violation of human rights, human health, or safety in the business or its wider supply chain. All suppliers validated for the same standard through a robust supplier qualification process

• Biodiversity initiatives. Owning the responsibility of conserving one of its major feedstocks, viscose, through support of UN SDG 15 (Life on Land).

• Community involvement: Participate in a series of programs in the industry to raise awareness about the environment, recycling, life circular economy in support of UN SDG 4, e.g. EDANA, CORESTA

• Partnerships for Cleaner Earth: Strategic Worldwide Collaborations for getting more from less, e.g., CISL, IOM3, SPE, CFLEX, & TerraCycle to name a few. This supports UN SDG 9 & 17


In our Packaging (by 2025)

• Become 100% recyclable

• All paperboard FSC Certified by 2023

• Will have over 30% recycled content by 2025

• Biodegradable / Compostable options 20% or more by weight

• Will not have complex composites in packaging our products by 2025

• Enable & support all customers with bespoke Circular Economy Solutions


In Our Production Process

• Bespoke, state of the art effluent treatment system in 2021 with ground-breaking filtration technology that employs an indigenous filter medium to reduce COD & BOD while minimizing the need for pre-treatment chemicals. UN SDG 6

• Recently installed a bespoke positive air pressure maintenance system to safeguard our products for customers.

• Zero landfills by 2025: clean production practices to minimize solid waste through recycling, composting, and by finding other beneficial uses for by-products.

• Certified chain of custody system in place for a current major supplier of raw materials, the rest will be in place by 2030


In our carbon footprint

• Has a strong energy strategy. Already uses 100% renewable electricity (wind generated).

• In house solar for office use by 2025. UN SDG 7

• Will reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 50% by 2025 & carbon Neutral by 2030

• 50% of goods & people transport will use sustainably managed biofuels or equivalents by 2030

• Industry leading innovation, TiO2 free, Biodegradable & Compostable technical Textile options.

• Circular Economy, Loop partnerships for recycled PET & PP fibres.

• Green Champions Programme for continuous sustainability improvements


In our recycling and use of recovered plastics

• Have a dedicated facility to carefully reengineer even the slightest of wide specification material for secondary usage elsewhere

• Uses 100% recycled paper in all its offices

• All office waste is segregated into different recyclable categories and efficiently recycled through MRFs (Mass Recycling Facilities). Non-recyclable waste is kept to less than 10%

• Paperless office by 2030
