I had a chance to visit our factory recently.  Nestled in the southwest of England, it was a quick train ride from London.

Our factory is a medical grade facility specializing in the manufacture of non-wovens for use in many items including medical products such as dressings, and of course our KewlFabric 7101.

It had been awhile since I last visited out facilities.  In fact, I had not been there since before the pandemic, so this was a good chance for John to refresh my memory on how KewlFabric 7101 was put together.

It takes alot of steps and alot of high end machinery to make our active cooling fabric.  Three multi-machine production lines across multiple warehouses in total to complete the process.  Two lines to manufacture the two outer layers, one line to manufacture the core or inner layer, and a third line to put it all together into one fabric.  That does not even include the creation of the raw materials that make the fabric so special.  Those super-absorbent fibres specially developed for our active cooling fabric, KewlFabricTM 7101.  The raw materials used to make the fabric are made through a totally different manufacturing process.

Quality takes time, patience and skill.  As we have shown you in our previous 4 post series entitled “How to Know a Quality Evaporative Cooling Fabric From … Well the Other Stuff” you know Kewlfabric Solutions delivers the best active cooling evaporative cooling fabric.  Get your cooling solutions today by contacting us at www.KewlFabric.com.
